I didn’t start IronSharp Consulting because I wanted to build a business; I started it because I’ve lived the pressure of leading without a roadmap. For over 20 years, I’ve led teams, built systems from the ground up, and helped organizations grow; not from a textbook, but from trenches most people don’t see.
I’ve worked with startups trying to find their voice, corporations navigating change, and leaders burnt out from carrying too much without the right support. I’ve been the guy expected to deliver results with limited resources — and I did. I’ve been in boardrooms, back offices, and on the front lines of hiring, marketing, branding, and operations.
